BMW Brings XM Red Label To India, Only One Unit

JAKARTA - BMW XM Super SUV Label Red is now present in the Indian market. This model is the top line of the XM series which is famous for its radical design and wild performance.

Launching from Autocar India, Thursday, September 19, the car is only available as many as 500 units in the world and BMW in India only provides one unit. So whoever the buyer will be special because he has this model.

Unlike the global version, this car is named 'XM Label' in the country.

The SUV is decorated with black red accents all over its body, from its large grip to 222 bicolour double-spoke rims measuring 22 inches. Meanwhile, the basic color of XM Label Red is Carbon Black.

Just like the standard XM, this car is equipped with a BMW Live Cockpit Professional package on the interior consisting of a curved screen, covering 12.3-inch multifunctional instruments and a 14.9-inch touch screen.

The excitement is growing with the presence of Augmented View on the touchscreen, BMW gesture control, and wireless charging drawer that further lifts the experience of driving with BMW XM to a more sophisticated and modern level.

Just like the standard version of XM, this luxurious and aggressive-style car offers a Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) system known to combine the powered performance of a gasoline engine with electric and battery motors.

This car has a 4.4 liter V8 twin-turbo gasoline engine measuring 585 dk and combined with a 197 dk electric motor. Thus, XM Label Red has a combined power of 748 dk and a torque of 1,000 Nm.

The M HYBRID system from BMW XM Label Red combines future-focused electrification advantages with a high-round eight-cylinder combustion engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology. The latest generation of V8 engines is claimed to be able to deliver power faster, more efficiently, and low-emissions.

Thus, this bongsor car has the ability to travel from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds with the highest speed reaching 281 km/hour. This performance is supported by M Steptronic transmission of eight accelerations.

The resulting top speed can reach 290 km/hour with M Driver Package as an optional. In addition, the SUV is supported by an all-wheel drive developed by BMW M, namely M xDrive.

This BMW XM Label Red offers the same 25.7 kWh battery pack as the regular version. Thus, the range with electric power reaches 80 km in one charge.

Regarding prices, the BMW XM Red Label is priced at 31.5 million rupees or equivalent to IDR 5.749 billion for the country's market with the New Delhi capital.
