JAKARTA - PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has started preparing 2023 Christmas and New Year 2024 Transportation services by improving ticket payment services on the Ferizy application.
ASDP Corporate Secretary Shelvy Arifin said that the company continues to make digitalization transformations to make it easier for people to collect tickets. Through this online reservation on the Ferizy Application, service users can buy tickets from D-60 departure.
Furthermore, Shelvy said that the long ticket purchase period was intended so that prospective ship passengers could plan their journey early so as to avoid the possibility of not being available as expected.
"Online ticket reservations either through the Ferizy App or through the trip.ferizy.com website are a form of ASDP's commitment to accelerating the digital transformation of crossings," Shelvy said in an official statement, Friday, November 17.
As for November 2023, there are 20 ports that have implemented an online reservation system, including Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang, Gilimanuk, Ajibata, Ambarita, Lembar, Padangbai, Janger, Sape, Labuan Bajo, Jepara, Karimunjawa, Ujung, Kamal, Pototano, Kayangan, Tanjung Kalian, Gorontalo and Pagimana.
