M 3.5 Earthquake Shakes Merangin Jambi

JAMBI - An earthquake with a magnitude (M) of 3.5 occurred in Merangin, Jambi Province on Monday 6 November afternoon.

Citing the BMKG page, the earthquake that appeared at 12.33 WIB was located at 2.42 South Latitude, 101.84 East Longitude.

With a depth of 119 kilometers, the earthquake was centered 31 km southwest of Merangin Jambi.

There is no up-to-date information regarding the damage that occurred and included the cause of the earthquake.
