Ada Kami Diberi Waktu OJK Lima Hari Untuk Penyelidikan Kasus Teror Nasabah
JAKARTA - Ada Kami's peer to peer (P2P) platform is said to have received five days from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to investigate related to allegations of debt collector terror to its customers.
The information was revealed through a statement by the President Director of Ada Kami Bernardino Moningkah Vega Jr today in Jakarta.
"We were given only five days (by OJK) to report any incoming complaints," he said, quoted Friday, September 22.
Bernardino then invited his customers who felt that they were receiving inappropriate treatment from debt collectors to immediately make a report to the company.
"If there are debt collectors who practice outside the SOP, please convey it to us, accompanied by evidence, it will be forwarded to the association," he said.

Bernardino explained that his party suggested complaints through three channels.
First, go directly to Ada Kami.
Second, customers complain to AFPI as a P2P fintech association. And the third is conveyed to the OJK.
Bernardino added that his party was still investigating complaints from a customer with the initials K.
