Radja Asks Anji To Temporarily Remove Podcast With Ipay
JAKARTA - Radja and Ian Kasela, through Sunan Kalijaga as attorneys, asked Anji as the owner of the world's YouTube channel MANJI to delete or take down podcast videos with Ipay.
"As a lawyer, I ask that the podcast be taken down first from YouTube shows. Because it is clear that the ongoing process is currently underway," said Sunan Kalijaga at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday, September 18.
Sunan Kalijaga admitted that he had reported the YouTube account of the MANJI world because the content was considered detrimental to his party, especially Ian Kasela.
"We suspect that there are statements of lies that should not be discussed and should not be uploaded, so it is possible that the public or people who see can judge negatively against our clients," said Sunan Kalijaga.
"So, we ask the podcast owner, together we ask for help to be taken down first. Because obviously this is a lie, we suspect there is a public lie," he continued.
Furthermore, Radja also stated that the former Drive vocalist had even undergone an examination with Polda Metro Jaya investigators.
"If Anji's brother has been (examined), on Wednesday or Thursday, I forgot exactly that," explained Rana Arinansyah as the manager of the band Radja.
Previously, the YouTube account of the MANJI world was reported on the ITE Law, with alleged violations of content dissemination on social media.
The report is registered with the number LP/B 4764/VIII/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA on behalf of the reporter Rana Arinansyah as the management of the band Radja.
