The Prosecutor's Office Names 4 Suspects Of Central Benglu RDTR Corruption

BENGKULU - Investigator of the Central Bengkulu District Attorney (Kejari), Bengkulu, named four suspects in connection with the corruption case in the preparation of a spatial detail plan (RDTR) volume II in 2014.

The four suspects are the former Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Central Bengkulu Regency MH as a budget user (PA), DR as the technical activity implementing officer (PPTK), NRD Director of PT. BCL and KMS as the borrower of the company PT BCL.

"Dalam penyidikan, jaksa menemukan beberapa fakta perbuatan melawan hukum dan menetapkan keempatnya sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi RDTR 2014," kata Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Bengkulu Tengah Marjek Ravilo dikutip ANTARA, Rabu, 6 September.

Three suspects, namely MH, DR and KMS were taken to the Bengkulu City Class II B Detention Center to serve detention while waiting for the trial schedule, while NDR has not been detained, because it is still being treated at a hospital in Jakarta.

For the corruption case, the 2014 RDTR construction is known to have borrowed the company's name and was not carried out by the company, in this case, experts.

"So this work only takes the names of the experts in the company. Based on the testimony of the expert witnesses, they also do not know that there is a 2014 RDTR work," he said.

Then, the down payment procedure to the termination of the contract does not comply with procedures and regulations.

Marjek explained that based on the results of the audit, it was found that there was a state loss of Rp. 227.61 million and the suspect KMS received a profit from the company's loan of Rp. 63.5 million.

However, the Central Bengkulu Kejari is currently still waiting for the results of an official audit from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).

In the 2014 RDTR construction activities, the budget prepared is IDR 330 million, but the company is only able to complete the work with a percentage of 70 percent.
