Looking For Investors, SOEs Offer 35 Cooperation Projects At AIPF 2023
Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani revealed that 35 projects will be exhibited to potential investors from various countries in the ASEAN-Indo-Pacific Forum (AIPF) 2023 event.
For your information, the projects that will be exhibited have various project values, ranging from USD 1.8 billion to USD 5 billion.
Furthermore, Rosan said, the 35 projects are potential projects. In fact, it is ready to accept investors.
"We have the potential and there are approximately 35 projects in SOEs, then there are 4 projects in Bappenas. We will play this tomorrow and there are 11 projects originating from other ASEAN countries," said Rosan at the AIPF 2023 Press Conference, at JCC Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 5.
Rosan also detailed several examples of projects that will be offered to strategic investors later. Among them, MIND ID's project to build an aluminum smelter worth USD 1.8 billion.
Then, continued Rosan, there was the Pelindo project in building Benoa with a value of 4.3 billion US dollars. Then, there is a project that Krakatau Steel is working on worth 1 billion US dollars.
"There is a green project work with PLN and Pupuk Indonesia (a value of) 5 billion US dollars, Pupuk Indonesia for ammonia 4.8 billion US dollars, and some good work in Pertamina, there are also ASDP and in the SEZ area in Sanur for the development of special economic lots," he said.
Rosan also said the project to be offered to investors was not a new project to be raised. However, a number of projects are ready in terms of investor absorption.
"For example, Jasa Marga for the construction of toll roads, operations in Nusa Dua, Ngurah Rai and toal roads. So we offer cooperation with other investors," he explained.

Furthermore, Rosan revealed that Angkasa Pura I intends to target investors in managing Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Kulonprogo. In addition, it also opens up opportunities for cooperation to manage the hotel sector owned by Pertamina.
"We offer one of them is management cooperation in Angkasa Pura 1, for example for airports in Jogja, opened together to make it better," he said.
"And we are open to cooperation in hotels owned by Pertamina, Patrajasa to be managed together, invest together with our country friends in the Asean and will explain during tomorrow's display. So that's just a few of what I said," he continued.
