Ganjar Delivers Historical Bullets In Central Java Province At Central Java's 78th Anniversary Ceremony

BREBES - Governor Ganjar Pranowo conveyed the historical analysis of Central Java Province, at the 78th Anniversary ceremony of the local province, in Brebes, Saturday, August 19. Ganjar said, Central Java Province Anniversary is now celebrated every August 19, from the previous 15 August.

Ganjar stated that the predecessors had warned that if they did not want to disappear from history, then never forget history. Therefore, when he was given the mandate in Central Java, his party tried to trace his history.

"Finally, we found that Central Java's history began with the leadership of Raden Panji Suroso Condronegoro. He was our first governor, who was sworn in on August 19, 1945," said Ganjar in reading his mandate.

So the Central Java Provincial Government proposed changes to Central Java's birthday from August 15, 1950 to August 19, 1945. This historical decay effort has been approved by the DPR RI through Law Number 11 of 2023 Article 2. So be it today, commemorating the 78th Birthday of Central Java Province.

With the disclosure of this history, said Ganjar, hopefully it can increase pride as a wong Central Java. Ganjar feels proud to have become part of Central Java. According to Ganjar, it is an honor for him to have been involved in Central Java's development, to witness all its growth, to witness the persistent spirit of society.

"I have to convey the respect for the panjenengan. Because in the early days of taking office, many think that all of me and panjenengan will never make Central Java progress and develop. But we are not discouraged. We are not afraid," he continued.

This poor assessment actually triggers the adrenaline to work super hard. It works on all sectors. Infrastructure was built, developed MSMEs, eradicated corruption and extortion in public services.

Ganjar said that poverty reduction and building more quality human resources were also carried out. His intention is to increase the dignity of Central Java. Finally, thanks to all the hard work, currently Central Java has become a role model for national development in various sectors.

Currently, said Ganjar, many can also see, who are amazed by the development and harmony in Central Java. Togetherness and harmony that are being treated have also proven to be effective in passing the pandemic exam.

The two-year period even undermined some of the arrangements that had been worked on since 2013. This includes poverty, which in 2019 almost touched the digit number, moving up again. Central Java's poverty rate is almost the same as before the pandemic.

Economic growth, which was previously projected to reach 7 percent, had to drop due to the pandemic to minus 2.65 but was now able to rise. Central Java's economic growth now even exceeds the National 5.23 percent.

Ganjar said that the Central Java Provincial Government should be grateful because the various efforts made, including the reform of the Central Java bureaucracy, are considered to have the best achievements. Ganjar believes that the end of bureaucratic reform is providing easy and fast service for the community.

He asked various parties to maintain integrity and no extortion in public services in Central Java. All of this can be realized only if you want to open your eyes and ears wide.

"I believe this awareness has resided in the service room in the hearts of all of you. So, there is no doubt in my heart. That all this good work will not fade, I even believe it will be better after I play on September 5 as governor," he said.

Because, according to him, what was built was not just obedience, let alone fear of the leadership. Rather, it is a service that is predicted to become a strong system and culture. Although it must be realized, among the various successes, there are things that are not yet optimal.

"We must have the courage to admit it as a form of responsibility and evaluation. Ladies and gentlemen, my brothers; that's the result of all the work of Panjenengan. That is the result of the efforts of all residents of Central Java, both in remote villages and corners of the city," he added.

He thanked all residents, heads of RT and RW, village heads and village heads, sub-district heads, members of the council, regents and mayors, TNI, Polri, prosecutors and all Forkopimda.

"Also do not forget the students and students, media friends, leaders and activists, as well as all community organizations," he said.

Ganjar on that occasion gave the applaus about one minute of the most lively for all who attended. Because he has worked tirelessly. Especially for the community, and for Central Java.

"As a person, I would like to express my infinite gratitude to all of you, ladies and gentlemen. My highest respect for my dedication, sincerity, and hard work. Sorry if all this time there has been a mistake," concluded Ganjar.

On that occasion, he was given an award to the elected ASN in the form of awarding the Satyalancana Karya Satya honorary award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia for his dedication to implementing the Pancasila ideology and the 1945 Constitution, providing RTLH assistance, and giving other awards.

Ganjar said, today is Central Java's birthday, which was first held in Brebes. There are achievements that have been achieved and some are still being carried out. Including in terms of dealing with poverty.

"Alhamdulillah, BPS data has decreased (the poverty rate) has decreased quite drastically. Thank you many private parties for helping," said Ganjar after the ceremony.
