The Chairman Of The DPRD Regarding The DKI Provincial Government Is Suspected Of Buying His Own Land In Kalideres: Please The Legal Apparatus Enter
Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, has invited law enforcement officials to investigate allegations of purchasing their own land in Pegadungan Village, Kalideres District, West Jakarta.
"The legal apparatus please enter the investigation there. The one who has the idea is being chased," Prasetyo told reporters, Friday, August 18.
According to Prasetyo, irregularities like this are prone to occur in regional work units (SKPD). Especially, in SKPD, which allocate land purchases through the APBD every year.
On that basis, Prasetyo has banned the DKI Provincial Government from allocating a budget to increase the purchase of land in the 2023 budget year APBD considering that there are still many area-owned land that has not been used.
"I said in the APBD we can't buy land anymore. Stop from 2022 and I don't budget for it. I crossed everything out," he said.
In this case, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Jakarta City Parks and Forest Service (Distanhut) is suspected of buying its own land in Kalideres with a value of Rp54.57 billion.
This 6,312 land was purchased from the APBD allocation for the 2018 fiscal year. The land, which is used as green open space (RTH), was purchased by the DKI Provincial Government from the Puri Gardenia II housing developer, namely PT Tamara Green Garden.
In addition, the condition of the land purchased is still a dispute between the housing developer Puri Gardenia II and several heirs.
It was stated that part of the land was part of SIPPT 1910-1,711.5 dated 1992 on behalf of PT Tamara Green Garden. From this permit, PT Tamara Green Garden had to hand over its fasos fasum land to the DKI Provincial Government.

Another oddity, in the process of purchasing the land, was the absence of an appreciation process carried out by the KJPP as one of the conditions for land acquisition by the DKI Provincial Government.
The former head of Pegadungan Village, Kalideres, West Jakarta, Sulastri, who took office when the land sale case occurred, admitted that he could not do anything. He said the process was a directive from the leadership.
"My position is only a soldier who doesn't understand anything, I only follow the orders of my superiors. Can you imagine if I don't follow the orders of my superiors. What can my fate be like?" Sulastri said some time ago.
