VIDEO: David Ozora's Case, Mario Dandy Sued 12 Years In Prison

JAKARTA - The defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo was sentenced to 12 years in prison, Tuesday (15/8). The public prosecutor (JPU) asked the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court to declare Mario legally and convincingly proven to have committed serious abuse against David. Prosecutors assess that Mario was proven to have violated Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 Paragraph 2 of the Child Protection Law. Mario Dandy was also required to pay restitution to David amounting to Rp120 billion. Watch the video below.
