This Student From Nganjuk Passed The Indonesian Maritime Ambassador Held Aspectsindo
JAKARTA - The Association of Islands and Coastal Governments throughout Indonesia (Aspectsindo) held the Indonesian Maritime Ambassador 2023. Where the event was held on August 11-17, 2023.
As a national level achievement event, Mahasiswi from Nganjuk Regency, Elsa Salsadila managed to qualify as a representative of the area. She is a student who studied Double Degree at the Trisakti Institute for Marine Engineering Studies and at the Open University of the English Literature Study Program.
Elsa said that a series of series of series had been carried out starting from the administration which resulted in around 500 participants falling at this stage, the administrative selection stage included making videos in the form of marine tourism potential and regional maritime potential.
"After completing the administrative stage, around 124 participants were taken to continue at the interview selection stage, in my opinion this selection was quite heavy because it had to expand insight into maritime issues at this time," he said in a written statement, Wednesday, August 9.
For Elsa, being able to represent Nganjuk Regency to the national level is a matter of pride. This is because of the 651 participants who have registered and only 100 participants have passed and Elsa is one of the younger generation who have passed. Moreover, he also received support from Mr. Muhamad Kemal Idris, SIK, M.S. as the supervisory lecturer at ITL Trisakti who has helped the selection process.
"This is an honor for Elsa because she has received this support and will continue to be enthusiastic to make Nganjuk Regency proud, as well as institutions and families that have supported Elsa," said Elsa.

As is known, Aspectsindo is a cooperation organization and partnership relationship between the Islands and Coastal Regional Governments, as well as a liaison between the Islands and Coastal Regional Governments with the central and industrial/private governments as well as other parties both at home and abroad.
The purpose of this Aspectsindo is to provide information and sharing experiences in the management of resource areas of the archipelagic and coastal areas, as well as encourage the younger generation to be able to find out the issue of issues currently occurring in maritime affairs in Indonesia.
The number of participants who have registered for the Indonesian Maritime Ambassador School scholarship is around 651 participants but only 100 participants will receive the scholarship, and one of them is Elsa Salsadila.
