Mataram Immediately Issues SE Prohibition Of ASN Using 3 Kilogram Elpiji

MATARAM - The Mataram City Government, West Nusa Tenggara Province, will soon issue a circular (SE) regarding the prohibition of the state civil apparatus (ASN) using 3 kilograms of LPG."The SE is to strengthen and support the 3 kilogram LPG subsidy program so that it is right on target," said the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Mataram City, Lalu Alwan Basri in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, August 2.This was conveyed in response to the government's appeal that those who would buy 3 kilograms of LPG should register, because the distribution of 3 kilograms of LPG will begin to be carried out on target using identity card data (KTP).The use of KTP will refer to integrated social welfare (DTKS) data and data on the acceleration of the elimination of extreme poverty (P3KE)Alwan admitted that the ban on ASN using 3 kilograms of LPG had already been conveyed, but this SE was to remind that ASN returned to using 3 kilograms of LPG."As long as it's for good, we will remove the SE ban on ASN using 3 kilograms of LPG," he said.Chairman of the Mataram DPRD H Didi Sumardi previously supported the government's policy of controlling consumers of 3 kilograms of LPG subsidies to make them more targeted."Consumer control of LPG subsidies is part of the government's efforts so that subsidies can be right on target," he said.According to him, when the distribution of 3 kilograms of LPG subsidies is right on target and the system is good, the potential for scarcity or other problems can be avoided. The problem of indications of the current shortage of 3 kilograms of LPG occurs because the existing system is still mixed with baur and not always those who are entitled to it."This condition can be proven which can be subsidies for 3 kilograms of LPG, many categories of capable families. I have conveyed this many times," he said.Related to that, it is necessary to update the system by involving local governments so that they are not wrongly targeted, so that control over scarcity can be done by itself.
"As long as there are no problems with the distribution pattern or there is a guarantee that the distribution will be smooth, precise, and the amount according to the quota of each region is conveyed," he said.
