Fishing Boat KM Putri Cikal 03 Drowns In The Waters Of Tinjil Island
The motorboat (KM) Putri Cikal 03 sank in the waters around Tinjil Island, Indian Ocean, Pandeglang Regency after being hit by high waves.
"Dari kecelakaan laut itu, dilaporkan ABK bernama Mansur (50) warga Desa Muara, Binuangeun Lebak meninggal dunia dan Encuk (30) warga Sumur Batu Cikeusik Pandeglang belum ditemukan," kata Letda Sukamdani, Komandan Pos TNI AL Binuangeun Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, dilansir ANTARA, Kamis, 20 Juli.
The marine accident occurred on Thursday (20/7). At 08.00 WIB, the fishing boat KM Putri Cikal 03 departed from Binuangeun Marine waters to look for fish. This ship is headed by Samsudin with a total of 16 crew members (ABK).
Based on information from the captain SamsudiNYang who survived the sea accident, at around 16.30 WIB he was in the waters around Tinjil Island. However, suddenly hit by high waves until the ship capsized and all crew members fell into the sea.
At that time, the fishing boat KM Maulana Putra was passing by. The crew on the ship immediately evacuated and helped.

Of the 16 crew members, one of them named Mansur died, and a crew member named Encuk so far has not been found.
Those who survived went straight to the Binuangeun Health Center for treatment. Meanwhile, the victims who died were handed over to family members for burial.
"Tomorrow (21/7) we will conduct a search for the crew who have not been found," said the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Post, Binuangeun, Lebak Regency.
Sukamdanilantas mentioned the names of the crew members of KM Putri Cikal 03, namely Jasrip, Rohendi, Samsudin, Usman, Rosandi, Ajis, Adil, Hasan, Ade, Harun, Didin, Uyut, Oji, Darsa, Mansur (died), and Encuk (still in search).
