Ahead Of The IPO, Accelerator Aims For Fresh Funds Of Up To IDR 358 Billion
JAKARTA - PT Acceleration Usaha Indonesia Tbk (Group Akseleran) will certainly immediately go to the stock exchange by recording the initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Through this IPO, the company targets to raise fresh funds worth IDR 358 billion.
President Director of Akseleran Ivan Nikolas Tambunan explained that the company with the issuer code AKSL offered 2.98 billion shares in this initial public offering representing a maximum of 29 percent of the issued and paid-up capital of issuers after the initial public offering.
"The share price offered by AKSL to the public is IDR 100 to IDR 120 per share and has the opportunity to reap a total fund of IDR 358 billion," he said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, July 3.
He added, the bookbuilding period is set from today or July 3, 2023 to July 18, 2023, with the planned public offering period scheduled for August 1 to 7, 2023 and the target is that AKSL can start trading shares on the IDX on August 9, 2023.
According to Ivan, AKSL will use its IPO proceeds for the development or expansion of the company's business, among others, around Rp36.5 billion was used by the company to acquire 99.99 percent of shares of the multifinance company PT Pratama Interdana Finance (PIF), then around Rp200 billion of which will be channeled to additional capital deposits to PIF in equity form. The rest will be used for working capital.

"With the presence of a multifinance business line, our business group will be able to channel loans with a larger number of loan-size tickets per loan recipient and serve a wider segment," said Ivan.
As for the end of 2022, Accelerator has disbursed more than Rp6.5 trillion in loans to thousands of business actors with the support of more than 200,000 retail lenders and various institutional lenders including various banks such as Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank OCBC, Bank Mandiri, Bank Jtrust and other financial institutions.
"It is recorded that from 2018-2022 our loan distribution will grow by an average of 96 percent per year. With the support for the presence of multifinance business lines, we are targeting to continue to grow loan disbursement more than 2 times per year in the next 3 years," concluded Ivan.
