Bank DKI Cash Pull Service Now Available In Indomaret Cashier

JAKARTA - Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Bank DKI is expanding banking access to its customers.

Now, Bank DKI customers can withdraw cash without a cardless through Indomaret cashiers across networks spread across Indonesia using the cardless cash trade feature.

Cardless cash withdrawal services at Indomaret are charged an admin fee of IDR 5,000, - (five thousand rupiah) per transaction and can be used throughout Indomaret in Indonesian territory.

President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy said, cash withdrawal services without cards at Indomaret cashiers can be done by customers through the JakOne Mobile application.

While shopping transactions, without the need to visit ATMs, customers can make cash withdrawals quickly and practically at Indomaret. Not to mention the network of Indomaret minimarket outlets spread across various regions in Indonesia," Fidri said in his statement, Friday, June 23.

Fidri said that his party provides this service to make it easier for customers who do not have direct access to ATMs or for physical reasons the ATM card, for example because it is lost or left behind.

"The cardless cash initial feature is also guaranteed to be safe because every transaction is validated using additional authentication methods such as a unique verification code or fingerprint scanning through the JakOne Mobile application," he explained.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi added, the expansion of features in the JakOne Mobile application like this shows that the DKI Provincial Government's banks continue to innovate in providing secure, easy and fast digital banking services.

"The adaptation of digitalization that adjusts the needs of the community is a real effort of Bank DKI so that it can continue to be a preferred bank and be relied on by the public in terms of financial services," explained Arie.
