Allegations Of Fictitious Tender For Road Development Projects In Lampung, DPRD Will Summon Related Parties

LaMPUNG - Member of Commission IV of the Lampung DPRD Ade Utami Ibnu requested that the alleged fictitious tender case for the road construction project in Lampung be thoroughly investigated.

"The winner of the project tender, but the address is fictitious, it must be investigated and completed," said Ade Utami Ibnu, Thursday, May 25, quoted by Antara.

He said that every project tender, including road construction, must comply with applicable regulations so that the specifications and quality are well maintained.

"There should not be such abuse because we all want to really build a good and solid road in Lampung," he said.

He emphasized that in carrying out any development there should be no fictitious projects so that the Lampung Highways and Construction Development Office (BMBK) must conduct an auction or project tender in accordance with applicable regulations.

"If it is true that there is a winner of the project tender, the address is fictitious, it must be resolved and investigated because it is clearly a mistake in the rules," he said.

He said he would immediately summon the parties involved for questioning and clarification.

"Yes, later Commission IV of the Lampung DPRD will immediately summon the relevant agencies and parties who are suspected of winning road tenders but have a fictitious address. This must be clarified, later I will convey it to the leadership of Commission IV," he said.
