List Of BUMN Largest Dividend Contributors To The State, Doubled From Last Year
YOGYAKARTA - One of the big inputs for the state treasury comes from the contribution of state-owned dividends. There are several state-owned companies that contribute to depositing dividends in high quantities to the state. So which list of SOEs is the largest dividend contributor to the state.
Erick Thohir revealed that cumulatively state companies will pay dividends of IDR 80.2 trillion. The amount of the donation is twice last year's figure.
"The largest contribution in banking, mining is also included," said Erick Thohir on Tuesday (2/5/2023).
The SOE minister said that dividend deposits are one aspect that contributes to increasing the state treasury. The list of SOEs that contribute the largest dividends to the state was also conveyed.
Arya Sinulingga, Special Staff to the Minister of SOEs, said that state-owned companies played a major role in this year's dividend distribution. Arya said that SOEs contributed the most, namely from the mining, banking, to telecommunications sectors.
Arya said mining SOEs were a contributor with a fairly large value to the state. The nominal amount of money was also deposited by the telecommunications sector company.
"So oil and gas exist, mining mining also exists, the largest is from banking, telecommunications must also exist. Those are the sectors," said Arya on Tuesday (2/5/2023).
For SOEs, the largest dividend contributor is companies from the banking sector. However, Arya has not disclosed the exact nominal. He revealed that the largest deposit came from the Association of State Banks (Himbara).
There are 4 Himbara members who will distribute dividends this year over the 2022 financial year. The four members are PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Nasional Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
The dividend deposit from state-owned companies is a form of contribution to the success of the transformation of SOEs. Erick Thohir said that state-owned companies will donate dividends of IDR 80.2 trillion this year.
"Alhamdulillah, I said earlier, yesterday there was also the President, Mrs. Sri Mulyani, how is this year's BUMN dividend, the result of last year's work was the largest in the history of Rp. 80.2 trillion," said Erick Thohir.
Furthermore, Erick Thohir said that the distribution of dividends aims to encourage people's programs. Most of the APBN allocations are indeed used to run social assistance programs (bansos) and other forms of assistance.
"For what? Programs that encourage rather than of course the people of government programs such as social assistance and others," said the chairman of PSSI.
Erick Thohir also said that the amount of donations from state-owned companies is proof that the performance of SOEs is getting healthier. Therefore, SOE health needs to be maintained so that it can consistently contribute to the country.
That's a review of the list of SOEs that contribute the largest dividends to the state. The dividend deposits made by SOEs this year increased much higher than the previous year. The banking, mining, and telecommunications sectors are the largest sources of contributors.
