Hyundai Ioniq 5 N To Be Introduced This July To Goodwood

JAKARTA - South Korean automotive manufacturer Hyundai confirmed that the high performance version of Ioniq 5 will make its debut at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This was said directly by the Managing Director of British Hyundai, Ashley Andrew. He said the display of Ioniq 5 N in front of the British public could provoke the sale of the high-performance car.

"This is a vehicle that is differentiable and can show it off for the first time at Goodwood will make it very special," Andrew said as quoted by Autocar, Thursday, April 20.

Several camera catches caught Ioniq 5N showing the front end of the car look quite aggressive than the standard version. Grills are made lower and smaller.

The curves on the wheels are wider also equipped with the latest five-stop rims and larger brake parts. The latest rear spoilers will also be present which will be located in the middle.

Ioniq 5 N will share a platform with Kia EV6 GT, and Genesis GV60, namely E-GMP. Ioniq 5N will have a dual motorbike that can generate 600 dk of output with torques that can pump 764 Nm.

Previously, Hyundai had launched version N on its model, namely i20, i30, i30 Fastback, Kona, and Veloster. They have also featured the concept car N Vision 74 powered by hydrogen.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023 will be held from July 13 to July 16. Since the launch date has been confirmed, it is likely that Ioniq 5 N will be sold in early 2024.
