OTT Yana Mulyana, Head Of Bandung City Transportation Service Allegedly Agrees To Receive Eid Money From PT SMA
Head of the Bandung City Transportation Agency, Dadang Darmawan, is suspected of having received Eid money from the Manager of PT Sarana Mitra Adiguna (SMA) Andreas Guntoro. This company is one of the providers of CCTV services and internet services for the Bandung Smart City program.
"It was agreed that there was a provision of money to prepare for this year's Eid al-Fitr," said KPK Deputy Chair Nurul Ghufron to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Sunday, April 16 in the morning.
It did not specify how much Eid money was agreed upon. However, Ghufron said that the receipt of money was made after Dadang and Andreas changed the term for the payment of the internet procurement work contract.
"DD as the Head of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service also received money from AG through KR (Secretary of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Khairul Rijal) for ordering to change the term of ISP work contract payment worth Rp. 2.5 billion from three terms to four terms," he said.
In this case, Dadang, who was caught in a hand arrest operation (OTT), was named a suspect along with five other people. They are the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana; Secretary of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Khairul Rijal; Director of PT Sarana Mitra Adiguna, Benny; CEO of PT Citra Jelajah Informatika (CIFO) Sony Setiadi; and Manager of PT Sarana Mitra Adiguna (SMA) Andreas Guntoro.
The six will be detained for the first 20 days in three different detention centers. Yana is being held at the KPK Rutan, KPK Red and White Building Branch, Dadang and Khairul are being held at Mako Puspomal, while the rest are being held at the KPK Detention Center at Pomdam Jaya Guntur.
During the silent operation, the KPK found preliminary evidence of IDR 924.6 million. The money was found in the form of US dollar denominations, Singapore dollars, Malaysian ringgit, Yen and Bath currencies as well as Louis Vuitton-type Cruise Charlie white, black, and brown shoes.
