Three More Startups From Indonesia Successfully Graduated From The Google For Startups Accelerator Program
JAKARTA - On Wednesday, April 12, after three months of special assistance and support, three startups from Indonesia graduated from the Google for Startups Accelerator: Southeast Asia and Pakistan program.
Noice, Mindtera, and PasARMIKRO along with seven other startups, graduated from a selective program aimed at the Seed-to-Series A technology startup facing some of the biggest challenges and opportunities in the region.
"We would like to congratulate the nine startups from Pakistan and its surroundings, including Noice, Mindera and PasARMIKRO from Indonesia, on the success of completing this very competitive program," said Managing Director of Google Indonesia, Randy Jusuf in a written statement received in Jakarta.
The Google accelerator program is a program that provides the best access to Google's advanced communities, networks and technologies to help startups create extraordinary products.
Participants receive special guidance and support from global mentor networks as well as access to AI/ML, Cloud, Android, and Web experts. In addition to guidance and technical support for projects, accelerator programs also include in-depth guidance and workshops focused on product design, business strategies, customer acquisition, and leadership development for founders.
While working with PasarmIKRO, Noice and Mindtera, it is clear that they are dedicated to their mission to address pressing issues in their respective industries. They work closely with global and regional mentors from Google, to identify business growth opportunities, validate new strategies and ideas, and improve technology on their products," explained Ecosystem Head of Startup (SEA and South Asia Frontier) at Google, Thye Yeow Bok.
"It's clear that they have the right talent, mindset, and expertise to realize their potential, and Google will continue to support their entrepreneurial efforts even after they graduate from this program." he added.
According to the Product Manager of PasarMIKRO Nabilla Kalvina Izumi, the Google accelerator program provides interesting knowledge that can be implemented for the company's development. Starting from the development of technology areas, applications or products, knowledge related to HRD and corporate culture, to how to build solid teamwork.
Bayu Bhaskoro Co-Founder also appreciated how the program was built in a structured manner and could be applied to have a good impact on the company's growth. All mentoring sessions have a clear and measurable action plan through OKR. This helps accelerate the validation of business ideas and products to be carried out," he explained.
For Noice CEO Rado Ardian, participating in the GFS Accelerator program is also very helpful for startups that are still in the early stages, to be able to prepare strong fundamentals and achieve significant product-market fit to accelerate growth.
In 2020, there were three startups from Indonesia that had graduated from the GFS Accelerator, including Hacktiv8, Kata.ai and Riliv.
