The Second House Of The Dragon Music Starts Production, Airing 2024
JAKARTA - The second season of the House of the Dragon series has restarted its production stages with a series of shooting processes at Studio Leavesden, United Kingdom.
The drama, which was based on the novel Fire and Blood by George RR Martin, took the background 200 years before the Game of Thrones event, to tell more clearly how the glory and conflict of Housemaryen.
In the first season of production, the series initiated mentorship programs and mentoring for production internship participants at the shooting location.
This was also done again in the second season by opening up opportunities for two talented young directors namely B Welby and Ebele Tate who were selected through the WBD Access Directors Shadows program to gain learning opportunities and hone their skills from the production of House of the Dragon.
From the lines of actors and actresses, those who are members of the second season include Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D'Arcy, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno, and Rhys Ifans.
There are also some old players who have returned such as Harry Collatt, kiosk Antonia, Phoebe Campbell, Phia Saban, Jefferson Hall, and Matthew Needham.
"All of your favorite characters will immediately contribute to each other at the council table, get ready with their soldiers, and ride their dragon to the battlefield. We can't wait to be able to share all of this with you," Ryan Condal said in a HBO release.
Apart from Ryan Condal, the House of the Dragon also has other executive producers such as George RR Martin, sara Hess, Alan Taylor, Melissa Bernstein, Kevin de la Noy, Loni Peristere, and Vince Gerardis. The second season of House of the Dragon is planned to air in 2024.
