Welcoming Eid, Hyundai Prepares Three Service Programs To Make Homecoming Easier
JAKARTA - In order to welcome home, PT Hyundai Motor Indonesia (HMID) has prepared three main programs, namely the Hyundai Service Point, 24-hour emergency services, and standby workshops.
Head of Before Service Department of PT HMID, Putra Samiaji, said that Hyundai had prepared four standby posts to prepare for homecoming.
"For the Hyundai Service Point, we will prepare four standby posts," said Putra Samiaji, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

The Hyundai Service Point program provides a variety of free services, such as vehicle checks, support for two liters of engine oil, additional tire pressure with nitrogen (specifically the KM 57 post), underwater car grandchildren, spraying disinfectants, emergency repairs, and spare parts coupons.
The second program is 24-hour emergency services which include mobile, mobile charging services for electric vehicles, vehicle towing assistance, and Take Me Home.
Samiaji's son also added that the Call Center service will continue to operate for 24 hours and can carry out emergency coordination or can also serve questions.
"Our Call center also continues to operate without knowing 24 hours a day seven days a week at 080018878878, can coordinate an emergency situation or can also serve questions, for example asking the nearest charging station and so on," said Putra.
Hyundai mobile service is a 24-hour service for repairs in emergency conditions. These services are available in various regions, namely Jabodetabek, Cirebon, Bandung, Nagrek, Batang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bali which will start operating from April 19 to May 1.
Meanwhile, Hyundai mobile Charging is a charging service for electric cars available in Jabodetabek, Cirebon, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Bali areas from April 19 to May 1.
Then, there is a free towing service for emergency conditions on any Hyundai vehicle. This service is available from April 19 to May 1 in the areas of Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara.
For Take Me Home services, this is a service from Hyundai that will take customers to their destination if the car is towed to an official workshop, but this applies to vehicles during a warranty period. This service is only available on the island of Java from April 19 to May 1.
The last program is the standby workshop, which is Hyundai preparing their workshop during the homecoming period from April 19 to May 1.
Several workshops were alerted in a number of areas, including Banten, Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Purwokerto, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Kediri, Jember, Lampung, Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, Palembang, and Jambi.
