After Big Cities In Java, Hyundai Expands Mobile Charging Services To Medan
PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) is expanding its mobile charging service network, charging electric vehicles, to Medan City, North Sumatra, which has started operating since this month.
Head of Before Service Department of PT HMID Putra Samiaji, in a press statement on Sunday, said the presence of the HyundaiMobileChargingService in Medan was one of the active steps they took to continue to expand supporting facilities for the electric car ecosystem in Indonesia. The expansion of the service is also part of its commitment to provide a complete selling experience for customers.
"It is hoped that this effort will help customers to be able to enjoy mobility more safely because there is no need to worry about charging electric cars in emergency situations," Putra said as quoted by Antara.
The mobilecharging service Hyundai makes it easier for customers to add up to 10 kWh of car power that can be used by customers to reach the nearest charging station.
To access mobilecharging services, customers need to contact Hyundai's help center, then the technician team will visit the customer's requested location and carry out the charging process.
Hyundai also provides free mobile charging facilities for Hyundai electric car users within a range of up to 80 kilometers from the service provider's dealer location.
Hyundai Mobile Charging Service is a facility and service that complements all lines in the Hyundai electric vehicle ecosystem. Before attending Medan, mobile charging facilities can be accessed by customers in a number of big cities such as Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Denpasar.
