AGO Extends Detention Period Of 5 Suspects In BTS Kominfo Corruption Case By 30 Days

Until last Friday, the Attorney General Investigator for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office is still examining witnesses. A total of six witnesses were examined yesterday. The six witnesses examined, namely MA as Bakti Kominfo employee, EN as the Accountant Manager of PT SEI, YP as General Manager Logistics of PT SEI, BI as Director of PT SEI.
Furthermore, ATH as Operational Manager of Area 1 PT IBS and ARS as Account CFO of PT Huawei Tech Investment (HTI). The six witnesses were examined to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case.
