Auction Of Seven SUN Series, Government Raises Funds Of IDR 20 Trillion
JAKARTA - The government earned IDR 20 trillion from the auction of seven series of Government Securities (SUN). Where, the total bid was IDR 55.98 trillion on February 14, 2023.
The SUN auction is carried out to finance the 2023 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).
Quoting between, Wednesday, February 15, the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance recorded the seven SUN series being auctioned, namely SPN03230517, SPN122440201, FR0095, FR0096, FR0098, FR0097, and FR0089 through the Bank Indonesia auction system.
The largest funds were generated from the FR0096 series of Rp9.65 trillion which received an offer of Rp24.35 trillion, with a weighted average yield (yield) which was won at 6.71796 percent. The incoming offer for this series is also the largest.
The next largest withdrawal of funds came from the FR0095 series, which amounted to IDR 4.95 trillion from an incoming offer of IDR 16.21 trillion, with a weighted average yield won of 6.35995 percent.
The other largest funds were raised from SPN122440201 worth IDR 2 trillion which received an offer of IDR 6.65 trillion, with a weighted average yield won of 5.47043 percent.
Then, IDR 1.15 trillion was absorbed from an offer of IDR 3.11 trillion for the FR0098 series auction which won a weighted average yield of 6.98927 percent.
From the SPN03230517 series auction, the government earned Rp900 billion in funds which received an incoming offer of Rp940 billion, with a weighted average yield of 4.52 percent.
Funds received from the FR0097 auction, which received an offer of IDR 2.88 trillion, amounting to IDR 800 billion. Yield, on average, weighed, won from this series, was recorded at 7.0195 percent.
Finally, from the FR0089 series auction, the government withdrew Rp550 billion from an incoming offer of Rp1.84 trillion, with a weighted average yield of 7.05915 percent.
