OPPO Immediately Use Snapdragon 888 For Its New Cellphone
JAKARTA - The latest series of Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processors has just been officially introduced. OPPO as a cellphone manufacturer has confirmed that it will launch its latest flagship for the Find X series with this processor, in 2021.
Quoted from the GSM Arena, the latest series of Find X will be released by OPPO to launch in the first quarter of 2021. This means that OPPO will be the first vendor to present a cellphone with the latest SoC from Qualcomm.
"We are very excited to be one of the first to launch a flagship smartphone with Snapdragon 888 in the first quarter of 2021," said OPPO Vice President and President of Global Sales, Alen Wu in a blog post.
However, OPPO did not specify the name of the device. However, many have strongly suspected that this Chinese company will soon debut the Find X3 and Find X3 Pro with Snapdragon 888 in it.
OPPO indicates that this device will also come with its own 10-bit full-path color management system. This system was introduced at the OPPO INNO Day 2020 event last month.
So far, OPPO has launched many cellphones that carry 5G technology, such as the OPPO Find X2 and the OPPO Reno3 and Reno4 Series. This means that the presence of new OPPO cellphones in the first quarter of 2021 is worth the wait.
Given the performance of Snapdragon 888 which carries 5nm fabrication and already supports 5G technology for Android devices. Moreover, the graphics computing on the Qualcomm SoC is designed entirely using the sixth generation AI engine, making the Qualcomm processor work optimally.
