Brigadier General Prasetijo Called Taking Part Of The Napoleon's Bribery Money From Joko Tjandra
JAKARTA - Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo is said to have asked for a portion of the bribe money from Joko Tjandra because he felt he was helping to remove it from the Interpol People Wanted List (DPO).
This was conveyed by Prasetyo to Tommy Sumardi when the two of them headed to the Divhubinter office to meet with Inspector General Bonarparte Napoleon on April 27, 2020.
This is because Prasetijo knows that Tommy Sumardi has brought US $ 100 thousand and will be handed over to Napoleon Bonaparte.

On April 29, 2020, Joko Tjandra again asked his secretary to hand over 100 thousand US dollars to Tommy. Tommy then returned to see Napoleon in the Kadivhubinter room of the TNCC National Police Headquarters building on the 11th floor and handed over 100 thousand US dollars to Napoleon.
After receiving the money, Napoleon ordered his men Kombes Tommy Aria Dwianto to make a letter to Immigration that was signed on behalf of Kadivhubinter Polri Secretary NCB Interpol Indonesia Brigadier General Pol. Nugroho Slamet Wibowo.

Nugroho Slamet Wibowo to the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights which contains the removal of the "Interpol Red Notice".
On May 5, 2020, Tommy and Prasetijo returned to meet Napoleon at his office and handed over US $ 20 thousand to Napoleon.
After receiving the money, Napoleon wrote another letter regarding the deletion of "Interpol Red Noice" in the name of Joko Soegiarto Tjandra Control No .: A-1897 / 7-2009 has been deleted from the Interpol database system since 2014 (after 5 years).
After the letter was published, Prasetijo contacted Tommy Sumardi by telephone and said 'Ji, it's done, where do I have' and Tommy Sumardi answered, 'Yes, don't talk on the phone, I'll just go there tomorrow ".
Tommy then met with Prasetijo the next day at his office at 14.00 WIB and gave 50 thousand US dollars to Prasetijo so that the total money that Tommy gave to Prasetijo was 150 thousand US dollars.
Napoleon on May 8, 2020 then asked his subordinates Kombes Tommy Aria Dwianto to write a letter to Anna Boentaran explaining that after an examination was carried out on the Interpol ICPO Criminal Data Police, it was found that Joko Soegiarto Tjandra was no longer registered as the subject of the ICPO Interpol Red Notice, Lyon, France .
On May 12, 2020, Joko Tjandra again asked his secretary to hand over 100 thousand US dollars to Tommy. On May 22, 2020, Joko Tjandra again asked his secretary to hand over 50 thousand US dollars to Tommy so that the total money that Joko Tjandra handed over to Tommy Sumardi was 500 thousand US dollars and 200 thousand Singapore dollars.
For their actions, Napoleon Bonaparte and Prasetijo Utomo were punished under article 5 paragraph 2 in conjunction with article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or letter b or article 11 or article 12 letter a or article 12 letter b Law no. 31 of 1999 as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
