Meet Park Bo Gum And Park So Dam In The Latest Korean Drama

JAKARTA - Actors Park Bo Gum, Park So Dam, and Byun Woo Seok have confirmed that they will return to the small screen through their latest drama. Temporarily titled Record of Youth, this drama will air on tvN.

"We will start shooting the drama when the casting is complete," said tvN quoted from Soompi, Friday, January 10.

Record of Youth will tell you about the development of young people in the modeling industry. Featuring the character Sa Hye Joon, a kind man and a famous model but in his heart he wants to become an actor. He often auditioned for a role but never made it. On the other hand, An Jung Ha is a makeup artist. The two of them will interact in the modeling industry.

The drama will be produced by production director Ahn Gil Ho who has led successful dramas such as Stranger, Memories of the Alhambra, and Watcher. The script writing will be done by Ha Myung Hee who has written Doctors, High Society, and Degree of Love.

Before Park Bo Gum was appointed as the main character, this role was offered to Jang Ki Yong, but the actor refused. This will be Bo Gum's comeback after being busy with drama Encounter and fan meeting tours to parts of Southeast Asia.

Record of Youth will also mark Park So Dam's return to television screens after Cinderella and the Four Knights in 2016. So Dam has a further busy portion when he plays in Parasite. He received appreciation from the general public by attending invitations to international events.

The broadcast date of Record of Youth has not been confirmed but the production team is currently gathering the cast in full.
