Anticipating Peaceful Actions, Long-distance Trains Stop At Jatinegara Station

PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta has set a long-distance train departure pattern from Gambir Station to Jatinegara Station today, Saturday, October 28.

Head of Public Relations of KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Ixfan Hendriwintoko explained that the arrangement of train departure patterns was to avoid delays in prospective passengers due to traffic jams around the road to Gambir Station related to the Peaceful Action of Palestine Defense at the American Embassy.

"When normal, trains departing from Gambir Station did not stop at Jatinegara Station, but specifically on Saturday (28/10) there were ten departures at around 06.30 WIB to 13.10 WIB who would stop at Jatinegara Station to serve passenger ups and downs," he said in an official statement, Saturday, October 28.

The following is a list of long-distance train trips that have stopped at Jatinegara Station:

The train departure time from Gambir Station did not change.

Ixfan explained that it is hoped that customers can avoid the risk of congestion that may occur due to the diversion of traffic to Gambir Station and have the option to depart from Jatinegara Station.
