For the first time, this collection of PerhiaSan by Sasa will be exhibited directly at the Bridestory Market starting October 5-8 2023 at ICE BSD.

Monosodium Glutamate or MSG has been commonly used as a cooking flavorer since decades ago. Unfortunately, over time, many people assume that MSG can interfere with the health of the body. Even though this is not proven.

In fact, this additional flavoring food is made from natural ingredients such as cane drops through the fermentation process.
