Ahead of the Weekend, Antam's Gold Price Drops by IDR 8,000 to IDR 1,068,000 per Gram

JAKARTA - PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (Antam)'s gold price fell by IDR 8,000 ahead of the weekend. Antam's gold price is IDR 1,068,000 per gram.

Quoting precious metals data, Friday, July 28, Antam's gold buyback price also fell by IDR 9,000 to IDR 946,000 per gram.

The price of gold with the smallest size, which is 0.5 grams, is valued at IDR 584,000. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold bar is priced at IDR 10,175,000.

For the size of 50 grams of gold bar worth IDR 50,545,000. Likewise, the size of 100 grams also decreased to IDR 101,012,000.

The most-active gold contract for August delivery on the Comex division of the New York Exchange tumbled $24.40, or 1.24 percent, to settle at $1,945.70 an ounce, gold's sharpest one-day drop since late June after touching a session high of 1,982. .60 US dollars.

Gold futures lifted USD 6.40, or 0.33 percent, to USD 1,970.10 on Wednesday (26/7/2023), after inching up US$1.5, or 0.08 percent, to USD 1,963.70 on Tuesday (25/7/2023), and was cut by 4.40 US dollars or 0.20 percent to 1,962.20 US dollars on Monday (24/7/2023).

Meanwhile, the price of silver in Antam fell by IDR 100. The price of silver is priced at IDR 13,050 per gram.
