Ministry Of SOEs Set 2 New Directors ID FOOD

JAKARTA - The Ministry of BUMN appointed new Directors for PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) / ID FOOD, including Yossi Istanto who previously served as SEVP Asset Management to become Director of HR and Legal and Nina Sulistiowaty who previously served as President Director of PT PPI as Commercial Director of ID FOOD.

This decision was stated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK-172/MBU/06/2023 dated 27 June 2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia.

Nina Sulistiowaty replaced the position of Commercial Director of ID FOOD which was previously occupied by Ardiansyah Chaniago while Yossi Istanto's position as Director of HR and Legal replaced Endang Suraningsih.

Thus, after the appointment of the two new directors, the board of directors of ID FOOD completes to 6 people.

Meanwhile, after the appointment of the two directors, now the full board of ID FOOD's directors is as follows:

Main Director:​ Frans Marganda Tambunan

Director of Business Development & Control: Dirgayuza Setiawan

Director of Finance and Risk Management: Thomas Hadinata

Director of Supply Chain Management & Information Technology: Bernadetta Raras

Commercial Director: Nina Sulistiowaty

HR and Legal Director: Yossi Istanto.

Along with the replacement of several directors at ID FOOD, the Ministry of BUMN also replaced several directors at ID FOOD's subsidiaries such as Berdikari and PPI. These changes include the main director of Berdikari Harry Warganegara being replaced by Syarkawi Rauf.

While the Main Director of PPI, previously occupied by Nina Sulistiowaty, is now held by Soegeng Hernowo and the Commercial Director of PPI, previously held by Andry Tanudjaja, is now occupied by Edhy Rizwan.
