CMNP Plans To File A Lawsuit, Sri Mulyani's Subordinates: Mr. Jusuf Hamka's Rights Report To The Police

JAKARTA - PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) is known to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Thursday, June 15.

It was stated that the shareholders approved the company to file an official lawsuit against two high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu).

The first is the Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance Rionald Silaban and Special Staff (Stafsus) of the Minister of Finance Yustinus Prastowo.

"CMPN appointed Ismail SH as a lawyer," said CMNP boss Jusuf Hamka to reporters after the EGMS.

Meanwhile, Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada objected to the information submitted by the two Ministry of Finance employees.

For this matter, the editor asked for a direct response from the Special Staff of the Minister of Finance Yustinus Prastowo.

According to Yustinus, what is informed to the public is based on data and documents owned by the government.

"PT CMNP, Bank Yama, and three related entities that have debts to banks that are included in the government's restructuring program through BLBI are connected by Mrs. Siti Hardianti Rukmana (SHR)," he said in a written message to VOI.

Sri Mulyani's subordinate also revealed that SHR was the President Director of CMNP at that time, the controlling shareholder and Komut Bank Yama, and the shareholders of 3 entities (PT) who own the debt.

"If Mr. Jusuf Hamka objected and felt aggrieved, of course, he had the right to report it to the police. Although we hope that the additional explanation given by the Ministry of Finance is enough to answer what he wants," he said.

"So we respect and wait. In principle, we are ready to provide an explanation in accordance with the existing evidence and documents," concluded Yustinus Prastowo.
