Increase Engagement, Muamalat Employees Can Allowances From Companies

JAKARTA PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. provide benefits to employees in the form of Eid al-Adha 1444 allowance H. This allowance is intended for the purpose of purchasing sacrificial animals.

SEVP Human Capital Bank Muamalat Riksa Prakoso said this year's Eid al-Adha allowance was paid on June 15, 2023 or two weeks before the implementation of the sacrificial pilgrimage on June 29, 2023. This is to make it easier for employees to plan the purchase and distribution of sacrificial animals.

"The Eid al-Adha allowance is a tangible form of the company's attention and commitment to employees. We hope this policy can increase engagement between companies and employees, as well as encourage the enthusiasm of employees to share with others as lessons in the implementation of sacrificial worship," he said in a written statement on Monday, June 12.

Riksa added that the Eid al-Adha allowance is always given to employees every year and gets a very positive response. He believes employee satisfaction will have a significant impact on employee productivity and contribution to the company.

To make it easier for employees to purchase animals and distribute sacrificial meat, Bank Muamalat collaborates with Baitulmaal Muamalat (BMM) to carry out the Priority Qurban program.

Through this collaboration, he continued, employees will get a special price and can determine the distribution location as long as it is in accordance with the distribution points determined by the BMM. The types of sacrificial animals available are sheep, goats and cows with various variations in weight and price.

"In addition, Bank Muamalat employees can also distribute sacrificial meat independently where the meat has been packaged in the form of canned rendang by BMM," concluded Riska.
