JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) adjusted the operational schedule of branch offices during the Lebaran 2023 holiday period.

BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja said the schedule adjustment was following the Eid leave schedule set by the government on 19, 20, 21, 24, and 25 April 2023.

Later, during the joint leave saliva period, BCA will operate on April 19 and 25 but will only operate on certain branches and will operate normally on April 26.

"All BCA branch offices will return to normal operations on April 26, 2023," Jahja told reporters, Monday, April 17.

Jahja continued, to avoid the failure to debit the payment of credit facilities during the Eid holiday, customers are expected to prepare funds in the autodebet account before April 19, 2023.

In addition to the banking operational schedule, BCA also made adjustments related to operational services for B2B Pertamina, revenue and payment services for the sale of Pertamina products for Pertamina customers by Host to Host through KlikBCA Business.

"The service will operate on April 21, 2023 during the Eid holiday period," he continued.

The BCA branch offices that served Pertamina B2B during the Eid 2023 holiday were KCU Bandung, KCU Blitar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Medan, KCU Madiun, KCU Matraman, KCU Palembang, and KCU Semarang.
