Plaza Indonesia Where Rosano Barack-in-law Syahrini Becomes Commissioner Earns Revenue Of IDR 1.09 Trillion In 2022

JAKARTA - The company where Rosano Barack became a commissioner, namely PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk. (PLIN) recorded an increase in revenue and profit throughout 2022. PLIN's revenue reached IDR 1.09 trillion, and profit reached IDR 557.39 billion.

Based on the company's financial statements, quoted on Monday, March 27, PLIN recorded revenues of Rp1.09 trillion throughout 2022. This revenue rose 25.77 percent from Rp871.49 billion in 2021.

In detail, PLIN recorded rental income of IDR 484.34 billion, an increase of 7.19 percent, and revenue from contracts with customers of IDR 611.76, an increase of 45.78 percent.

Meanwhile, shopping center rental income rose 18.09 to Rp362.1 billion, offices fell 16.69 percent to Rp116.56 billion, and hotels increased 7.18 percent to Rp5.68 billion. Then from contract revenue with customers, hotel revenue rose 67.56 percent to Rp373.86 billion, and service charges increased 11.54 percent to Rp188.02 billion.

PLIN's cost of revenue increased 35.28 percent to IDR 340.53 billion throughout 2022. This figure increased from IDR 251.72 billion in 2021.

PLIN recorded a profit for the year of IDR 557.39 billion throughout 2022. This profit increased 24.48 percent from IDR 447.75 billion in 2021.

As for the end of December 2022, PLIN recorded an asset amount of IDR 12.36 trillion. This value increased from IDR 11.97 trillion at the end of December 2021.

The number of PLIN liabilities increased to Rp1.32 trillion as of December 31, 2022, growing from Rp1.17 trillion as of December 31, 2021. Meanwhile, PLIN's total equity reached Rp11.04 trillion until the end of 2022. Up from Rp10.79 trillion at the end of 2021.

Then for cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period there was an increase of 20.29 percent from Rp704.81 billion to Rp847.85 billion.
